In truth, the set up for these tools can be anywhere between 2 to 7 days. A basic set up is very simple and can be done within 2 days, but if you request your assistant to have more detailed and specific actions then it can take longer. We will provide you with a detailed timeline after assessing your specific needs and requirements.
Which channels can I use the assistants with?
ACE can be used through your Facebook Messenger chat, your Instagram DMs, WhatsApp Chat and you can have a live chatbot on your website as well. AVA can only be connected to a phone number registered in Belize for normal Voice calls.
Do I need to purchase a brand new phone number to use AVA?
Not at all! AVA can connect to your current Belizean phone number in a number of ways. Your phone number can be configured to have all your calls forwarded to AVA or only the calls you choose not to answer.
Are the assistant services a one time payment?
The services we provide are charged using a monthly subscription model. You will be asked to pay a retainer for for the month and are expected to make that payment each month till you decide to terminate your services.
What are the steps to get the ACE and AVA set up?
Firstly, you will need to have a meeting with our Sales Team about our pricing plans and your specific requests for the assistants. Once that is done, our backend team will build out the assistants in our servers so they are configured for your office's specific needs. Once that is done, a second meeting will be scheduled so you can have a test trial of your assistants, along with connecting your social media/phone number(s) to the assistants. Finally, the assistants are launched on the date that was decided on during the Sales call.
